Why is My Manifestation not Working

This is the most common question when people first start undergoing any course or education into Manifestation. There are a couple of aspects that will need to be discussed here for you to get a better understanding. Until you truly understand the overall picture and process you will have problems with Manifestation. The first of these aspects is the time you have given yourself to master Manifestation. Let me set you straight from the outset with Time. If you have purchased education that tells you that you can master manifestation within a set time they have set you up to fail from the outset. Yes they have set you up to FAIL.The reason I say this is due to the following few simple facts.1. There is absolutely NO way that the supplier of the education can know your starting point. With this I mean your level of understanding, your background, your attitude towards Manifestation and your own Abilities, along with the time that you have to dedicate to the learning process.2. Once these questions have been answered you still have the big unknown of how quickly you take up new information. As you can see there is absolutely no way anybody can say how soon you will be a master Manifester. Why is it setting you up to Fail? What if you were told that in 3 weeks you will be a master and after this timeframe you have no results?Could you as a result of not meeting this timeframe be upset which will lower your believe in your abilities. This frame of mind WILL damage you.Do yourself a favour and always progress at your own pace. If you are sent the next email or the next video or what ever the format is for the course store it until YOU are ready to progress to that step. The above issue is very important as it leads us into the major cause of failure for Manifestation. If you are not familiar with the process of Manifestation seek the education you need. A brief outline is listed below. The Tools Needed for Manifestation

In order to manifest some thing or event you must use all of the following aspects:Visualisation Focus Clarity Desire FaithThese tools are really abilities. They can be enhanced by exercise. I have included an exercise with the description of each aspect. The part of your mind that makes all things happen is your Subconscious mind. It can not validate a request it simply does. Your filter for your subconscious mind is your conscious mind. It is the Guardian for your subconscious mind and the location for validation. It gets its requests from the logical mind, the one we use to make up our wishes. To put it in order:- Using your Logical mind you decide you want XYZ. Your Logical mind passes this on to your Conscious Mind where the request is validated. If accepted it is passed on to your Subconscious mind, where the wheels of creation are set in motion. As with all things there is a simply system to follow so do not make it any harder than it needs to be.Remember Manifestation takes time. It is this time that also protects you from manifesting situations or things you truly do not want. If your Conscious mind passes a request to your Subconscious Mind that is of a negative nature, you can still stop the manifestation by sending a positive over-ride. This is a great thing, as most people have some very negative thoughts, from time to time, and you truly do not want them to materialise. If you have really read this article you might have already been hit on the head with the reason why your manifestation might not be working, as you wish it to. You see most people will start the whole process correctly and from there on they will sabotage their efforts.WHY?You might not even know that you are doing it and that is why mastering Manifestation takes time. The way you are sabotaging yourself is by sending negative or doubtful thoughts to your Subconscious Mind after the initial request. The only thing your Subconscious mind hears is:Initial action taken by you, using the correct process:I want XYZ….. Resulting thoughts that creep in to your mind after the factDo I deserve it?Am I too greedy by asking for it? Why don’t I have XYZ yet?Did I do it correctly in the first place? What you are doing is flooding your initial request, to your Subconscious Mind, with conflicting requests. You see Once each of these thoughts makes it past your Conscious Mind filter it has to be acted upon by your Subconscious Mind. What you are in fact doing is the following:I want XYZ,Do I deserve it? (meaning you do not want it)Am I too greedy by asking for it? (meaning you have asked for the wrong thing)Why do I not have XYZ yet? (meaning this does not work or I would have it already)Did I do it correctly in the first place? (meaning you did it wrong)As you can see you are constantly sabotaging yourself. There are two ways to get past this block, with the second method being by far a better one.1. You can use a method of Manifestation that teaches you to ask for XYZ and once you have released it to the universe, for action, you put the request OUT OF YOUR MIND and DO NOT give it a second thought.2. You gain control of your mind so that you are in control of your thoughts . The reason we say the second method is better is due to you becoming stronger. You see the more control you have over your mind the stronger you will become spiritually. Look at it this way if you are not wasting energy on thoughts of fear and inability do you not have more energy for what you truly want? You should know that the universe is controlled by “Cause and Effect” meaning your positive thoughts will have an affect and your negative thoughts will also have an affect.Read this as often as you need to so you are assured that you fully understand this.

Are You an Armchair Law of Attraction Practitioner

Just the other day I was riding in the car with a friend of mine. She was talking about how well she practices the Law of Attraction but she can’t seem to get things to go how she wants them. Then the subject changed to her boyfriend and that’s when I found out she was an Armchair LOA Practitioner (or ALOAP)!

Many people love the concept of the Law of Attraction: “Think about what you want and it comes right to you…wow…what a concept!” But as we all know there is much more to it than just thinking. There are the many negative emotions we have to be careful of; the thinking and feeling of being grateful in what is sometimes a less-than-grateful situation, focusing on your desires (not on the don’t wants of life), living a joyful life in spite of what is seemingly around you, releasing negative mental patterns, and being ready to take action when the Universe provides you a perfect opportunity for your desire to manifest.

These are just a few of the many steps in the Law of Attraction. Some people decide that they will quit whenever applying the Law of Attraction intentionally seems to become a more little complicated. But in fact it is all very simple…you have to work on your inner self and then your outer world will become what you feel from within.

When my friend began to talk about her boyfriend she told me how arrogant he could be when he is on the phone with customers. (He’s in marketing) She said it upsets her so much and they argue about it. Then she says to me, “But I allow. I practice the LOA with him so I am allowing. Not condoning, mind you, but allowing his thoughts.” Then she proceeds to tell me that he frustrates her when he doesn’t call when he is going to be late.

My friend is an Armchair Law of Attraction Practitioner. My ALOAP friend talks about her boyfriend negatively and puts all those feelings and thoughts out to the Universe and then says that she ‘allows’ him to be who he is. Then she continues to tell how wrong he is. She is not allowing. Allowing means to observe another’s behavior and let them be who they are without any opinion from you and ‘letting their behavior go’ so that it doesn’t affect your world that you create.

An ALOAP knows all the buzz words and knows what should be focused on but doesn’t put any of it into action. They just say what they know about the Law of Attraction without taking any of the steps to apply it.

You have to be an active part of the Law of Attraction. Applying the Law of Attraction intentionally is only theory until you practice what you preach. Sure the Law of Attraction works whether you apply it or not but when you begin to delve into what it takes to intentionally apply it; there is work to be done on the inner you.

It won’t get done by sitting in the armchair and pontificating about how well the Law of Attraction will work. Take action, apply the LOA, and your life will become the life that you have always dreamed of.

Manifest the Life You Want

Have you ever known anyone that just always seems to get everything they want? They have that perfect job, perfect spouse, perfect house, etc. and they are always happy and very upbeat. You’re probably saying, “Sure, I’d be happy and upbeat too if I had everything I wanted.

Let’s look at the other side of this coin for a moment. How many people do you know that it just seems like everything goes wrong for them? Her car was vandalized, her home was broken into, lost her cell phone, bounced a check, and broke a finger all in the same week. “Talk about a bad week” you’re saying. I’d like to show you how both of these people are manifesting their reality.

There are a set of principles called the Laws of the Universe that affects each one of us every single day. You have all heard of the Law of Gravity. You are governed by this law whether you understand it or have even heard of it. The same is true with the Laws of the Universe. The first law is the Law of Attraction. This law says that what we think about we attract to us. Thoughts are like magnets. The next law is the Law of Deliberate Creation. This time we want to add emotion to our thoughts to speed up the process. The Law of Allowing is the third law I want to cover. This law says we must allow the universe to fulfill our desires. You know, “let go and let God.”

These three laws make up a concept called manifesting. You decide what you want to create, you add emotion to it, and let the universe bring it to you. Can you now see how those people with the “good life” are focusing on the good and positive things they want and they receive them. The other person with all the problems is constantly telling everyone about what bad things happened yesterday. Each time she tells the story, it gives more creation power to more of the same kind of stuff.

So with that in mind, let’s consider the possibility of manifesting the life, career, partner, etc. that we desire. Even if you know these principles how do you keep from reverting back to what you normally do? It is a process of controlling what we think about. Here are some examples. If you find yourself thinking about how tired you will feel tomorrow because you are going to bed, you can bet that’s how you’ll feel. If you are dreading the drive to work because of all the traffic, chances are there will be lots of traffic accidents, stalls, etc. To control our thoughts we sometimes just need to trick ourselves. Let’s go back to the situation where you are going to bed late, how about telling yourself that tomorrow you are going to feel great because your body requires less sleep than it used to? It sounds silly but it works! It’s all a mindset.

We have all heard about goal setting but few people talk about manifesting the life you want. Remember this, thoughts are like magnets.

Using the Law of Attraction to Turn Your Life Around

Knowing about the law of attraction is one thing, but it doesn’t mean that you are actually using it. A lot of people have learned about the law of attraction, but have never took the time to understand how to use it to improve their life.
At the base level, the first thing to learn is that you are already using the law of attraction; we all are, at all times. Knowing this, the first step is to stop attracting things you don’t want into your life.
This part can be a little tricky at first, but it mostly just requires that you are willing to be a little more aware of what you are doing and willing to change some of your habits.
Take a minute and think about what you focus on in your daily life. Are you feeling frustrated when you drive your car around in traffic? Do you get angry with other drivers? Well, you are not alone; but you need to realize that when you are feeling that way, you are using the law of attraction to attract to you more frustration and anger.
Do you like scary movies or crime shows? I don’t want to frighten you, but when you are focusing you attention on something that makes you feel scared, you are inviting fear into your life. You may not be attracting a serial killer, but you are attracting situations where you will feel scared, and let’s face it; fearful situations are usually not good situations.
Do you complain to other people about what you don’t like about your life, your partner or your job? If you do, you are attracting more of what you are not happy about.
Do you listen with empathy when someone describes disease, either their own or someone else’s? Do you, out of sympathy, tell them about a time when you had a similar experience? These are perfectly normal human responses, but they are not good for you. Of course, you are only trying to be nice, but you are actually using the law of attraction to bring you MORE of the things you don’t want. And the more emotionally involved you get, the more intensely you are attracting.
It’s a good idea to do an inventory to determine what you are attracting on a regular basis. Be honest with yourself and don’t feel bad if you find that you are focusing on a lot of negative things. Feeling bad doesn’t help one bit. Instead, be grateful that you are now aware of what you have been doing wrong, and can start changing those habits.
The next time you feel aggravated in traffic, take a deep breath and detach from the situation. Remind yourself that it’s never personal and try to cut the other drivers some slack. Try to come up with a best possible scenario as to why the other person is driving like a maniac.
Every time you focus on something negative, you are using your imagination. But it is just as easy to imagine good things and use the law of attraction to create something positive; though you may not be used to doing it yet. Maybe their child had an emergency and they are rushing to get to it? Maybe that guy’s wife just went into labor?
It is just as easy to use your imagination to see someone as a good person as it is to see them a jerk, and the choice (that’s the key word) is always yours. With time and practice, we can start to change our perspective and begin using the law of attraction to create better experiences and a better life.

Eight Step Process for Manifesting Goals and Inner Potential – part 1

We all have an inherent need to grow, evolve and manifest ever greater realities. This is basic to our happiness and feelings of self-acceptance and self-contentment. Happiness can be created in two ways.

a. By manifesting what we want – creating the reality we desire.
b. By learning to be happy with what we have – with our present reality – until we can create an even more positive reality.

We effectively manifest our goals with these 8 steps.

1. Clarify goals
2. Set Intention (consciously and subconsciously)
3. Determine Actions and “sacrifices of love”
4. Remove inner obstacles
5. Employ efforts and program
6. Perseverance
7. Patience
8. Detachment from result

1. Determining and clarifying our goals

a. We start by making a list of our goals.
What we would like to accomplish in the near and far future – before we leave these bodies?
We might be talking about any goals on any level. Some examples might be:

Health
Lose weight
A harmonious love relationship
Financial security
Abundance on all levels
Professional advancement
Professional satisfaction
Greater effectiveness in dealing with clients
Better relationship with time.
Able to be more assertive with others
Greater Athletic achievement
Greater success with the opposite sex
Dietary discipline
Increased creative ability
Learn to dance (paint, write, act etc.)
Learn a musical instrument
Learn a language
Public speaking ability
To be able to be totally honest with self and others
To be able to be myself in all (specific) situations
Better grades at school
Learn to fly a plane
Travel around the world (or to a specific place)
More effective communication with _______
Be able to Love ____ as he/she is
Overcome the pain of the loss of a loved one.
Overcome attachments and or fears.
Greater Concentration
Better Memory
Emotional maturity
Greater Self-acceptance
Greater Self-confidence
Mental development
Thought-free meditation
Happiness in all situations
Inner Peace regardless of external events
Selfless Love for all
Moral contentment

Many other possibilities ________________________________________________

Please take time to choose a goal of your own or inner potential that you want to manifest.

Some of my present goals (inner potentials that I would like to manifest) are:
1. _____________________________________________________________
2. _____________________________________________________________
3. _____________________________________________________________
4. ____________________________________________________________

The first goal I would like to work on is: _____________________________

b. Then we will want to understand why we want to manifest these goals or inner potentials. This helps us clarify why this goal is important.

1. What do we believe we will get or feel when we succeed? (What is the need behind the need?) (Happiness, satisfaction, self-worth, acceptance, recognition, peace, security, money, freedom, satisfy parents) Why do we want, need or desire to do this?

When I have manifested this goal (inner potential) I (believe I) will now have:
c. Greater financial security
d. Higher self-worth
e. More acceptance/recognition from others
f. Greater freedom
g. Satisfaction
h. Inner peace
i. Long term Happiness
j. Greater Self-actualization
k. Moral satisfaction
l. Inner fulfillment
m. My parents’ recognition
n. Other _______________________

The most important of the above for me are: ________________________________

Sometimes the goal may not be ours – but for our parents or for society – spouse.

2. Is this goal for me or for others? Is it a childhood programming?

3. Is this goal worth pursuing – as a process – even if the results are not what I imagine or would like? Is this ideal important enough for me to make the effort – not matter what happens?

4. Is this goal moving towards something or running away from something?

The Law of Attraction and Your Success!

When the video smash hit “The Secret” was first released, theres been a great amount of people utilizing the law or attraction to create their goals successfully in their lives.

This law has been taught by many of the great modern day masters such as Wayne Dyer, Deepak Chopra and Louise Hay.

It is not some new fad, as it has been silently working in our lives whether we believed in it or not, and it’s origin goes back thousands of years.

It is neither negative or positive, good or bad. It just “is”, and that’s how the energy that created this world is also. A neutral force that can bring us either plenty of joy, or a great deal of sadness.

Have you ever heard the saying “you move towards what you focus on all day long”? This is just a very simple way of saying the principals of attraction are alive and well in our lives. And that thoughts are things that just haven’t manifested or materialized yet.

Picture the following scene: It’s a glorious sunny day, you’re out on a beautiful green golf course and the scent of the freshly cut grass gently lingers in the air. Then you walk up to the next tee and notice there’s a stretch of water along the left side of the fairway… Ooougghh!! How many of you just focussed on the water when I said that?

My assumption would be that quite a number of you did, and more so if you’re a golfer, a lot of you would hit your ball straight into the water trap (regardless of whether you’d been playing flawlessly till that point).

Why?

Because what we focus on expands. When we first become aware of something risky in life, our “pre-conditioned” responses kick in that we’ve learnt from our loved ones, the news, radio or television, that we need to be what?… Careful, something bad might happen. Right?

But the situation up until that point was non-existent until you thought about it. When you did it became real (in your mind) and you began to focus on it and even obsess about the outcome.

This produces a fear thought in your mind, and the law of attraction goes to work. It draws that fearful thought closer to you because the law of attraction doesn’t know the difference between positive or negative (it’s neutral). What you just heard, saw or thought about, will indeed come to pass as it becomes more and more real.

If you can grasp this concept you’ll understand how the law of attraction works.

The power that created the earth, the stars, the planets, also created us, and this invisible power is also within us…

“We are that power of attraction which created the universe!”

We, as human beings are nothing more than a magnetic, electrical energy force, which has the power of the cosmic mind inside it. And we created ourselves to exist on this earth as we are.

As invisible waves of pure thought energy. We created ourselves by attracting a cluster of particles to form our bodies. This thought energy allows us to manifest anything we wish from the invisible world of energy waves into whatever we desire, whether it’s health, wealth or in connecting with your higher self.

And through authentic, pure and good intent, we have the ability to picture in our mind the things and conditions we want to live by, and they will appear. This is the law of attraction.

Trusting and dedicated thoughts will most definately, without a doubt, manifest into creation. But if we, as physical beings, try to force these creations, they will slip through our fingers. For you to fully harness the law of attraction, you first need to understand how it operates, it’s a delicate, yet very powerful force once you know how to implement it in your life.

I invite your to learn more about the law of attraction and ultimate success for your life. You may not fully understand it, but if you’ve read this far, you will at least know that you attract everything into your life for a reason, as it was your thought that led you to be reading this page.

When you learn more about the amazing law of attraction, and how to manifest abundance in your life, you will truly never go back to the limited way of thinking that you once knew.

I hope you’ve enjoyed reading this, as much as I have enjoyed preparing it for you. With love, peace and pure intention.

10,000 Seeds with Zest and Enthusiasm Before You Expect to Manifest the Millions

Picture a glorious Oak tree towering above all of its surroundings. The Oak tree is a grand, magnificent demonstration of God’s omnipotent brilliance.
Now, look at the Oak tree and ask yourself, how does an acorn, that seemingly insignificant knobby-shaped seed, become such a masterpiece?
Did you know that it takes around 10,000 acorns to produce maybe, on a good day, three Oak trees? Now, ask yourself, is that Oak tree any less or more grand because it required 10,000 seeds before this magnificent masterpiece could manifest?
If the Oak tree parent decided, ‘That’s just too much effort. 10,000 acorns?!? Pffftt! Forget it then – that’s way too much trouble” then the Oak tree would cease to exist.
If the Oak tree did give up, it’s possible that it might briefly enjoy the life of indolent ease. However, eventually it would realize that it did not have any sense of purpose either. Apathy would ensue and finally death, as death stands at the doorway of apathy. After all, if it wasn’t meant to propagate and prosper, the swelling question becomes, “why do I bother to exist at all?”
Like the book and corresponding movie, Children of Men by P.D. James, apathy and emotional death are the natural consequences of a spirit that gives up on its purpose.
Fortunately for those who have ever climbed a grand Oak or taken a nap under one’s majestic, protective shade, the Oak tree doesn’t look at those 9,997 acorns as failures, or too much effort!
The credo of ‘I do what must be done – because that’s just what I do’ occurs naturally in the plant and animal kingdom. I ask, in the spirit of exploring the essential elements of intentional creation, what if we, the two-legged mammals (and I’m not talking about us, kangaroos!), could choose this attitude?
What if instead of saying, “But, I don’t want to put forth 10,000 acorns before I get a tree!!!” We said, “I am willing to put forth whatever effort is required, even if it’s 10,000 or more!”
An Oak tree doesn’t say, “This is just too much effort; everything I do requires too much work and 10,000 acorns is just too long to wait. Nothing I ever do comes easy or works out for me.”
No, an acorn becomes an Oak tree because that’s what it seeks to do. An Oak tree spawns 10,000 acorns if that’s what it takes to propagate because that’s what it does. It doesn’t fight it. It doesn’t struggle against it. It just does what it does. It puts them out and life takes care of itself.
If, as a conscious creator, we could look at our desires and what we want out of life; look at our goals, and just do what must be done with a similar attitude, then the natural consequence would be our own majestic manifestations of magnificent proportions.
Oh, and the splendid byproduct of such an attitude would be more joy, fulfillment, peace, prosperity, and flow in the process!
We must remember that it’s the resistance to ‘hard work’ that makes work hard. It’s the resistance to ‘taking too much time’ that makes time stand still. If instead of the attitude of, “this is hard; this takes too much effort; this is too much of a struggle;’ you just put out the acorns knowing that one of them, two of them, three of them will eventually take off and take off big; become that magnificent Oak tree that you really desire then your big dreams as well as little desires would reliably manifest.
If you seek to utilize the power of the law of attraction to create magnificent success, I suggest you first seek to create an attitude of persistence, commitment, resilience, and most importantly a willingness to do what must be done with ZEST and ENTHUSIASM!
That’s actually a Catherine Ponder quote from her book, The Dynamic Laws of Prosperity: “I do what must be done with zest and enthusiasm.”
When I was about seven months pregnant with my 2nd child, Ashlyn, I was walking out of the gym when I saw a pile of shattered glass all over the ground. I remember thinking, “Oh my! Someone broke something.” Well, I was right. What they broke was my car window to steal my purse and briefcase! Well, I can honestly remember thinking, “oh bummer. and oh well, let me just clean it up and move along.” Then, I realized that in addition to my wallet, money, and credit cards they had my Catherine Ponder book!
That’s when I got mad! You see, it was perfectly highlighted, dog-eared, and every magical affirmation, quote, and meaningful theory was pulled forth for me in my margined shorthand notes.
Her simple affirmation, “I do what must be done with zest and enthusiasm!” changed my entire outlook on ‘work’ and ‘getting ahead’ and ‘effort’.
This was a new concept for me. It’s safe to say that I’ve always been goal oriented and a go-for-your-dreams kind of gal. However, I never did it with zest and enthusiasm?!?! In fact, the ‘harder’ it was the better my story. You know what I mean, don’t you?!
When I moved to California, fresh out of high school, barely 18, with no money, no place to live, no job, no relatives, no car and only one friend, it was indeed ‘very hard.’ I can remember eating peanut butter and crackers for -forever! I walked to job interview after job interview to get a job. I remember walking more than 8 hours one day just filling out job applications!
And, hey – it’s a good story now. I get to share with my children my own version of, “I walked 5 miles to school every day in freezing snow, barefoot and uphill – both ways.”
However, I didn’t do it with any kind of ‘zest and enthusiasm’. In fact, I bet that had I come from a place of zest, enthusiasm, willingness, openness, optimism and cheerfulness, I would NOT have had to eat peanut butter nearly as long and I bet someone would have hired me sooner!
That’s how the law of attraction works. I knew I would eventually knock on the right door at the right time to get a job, but I made it more difficult with my resistance to just being at peace with the process.
Maybe it’s because I wanted the ’story’, or maybe it’s because I thought ‘life’s supposed to be hard’, or ‘I’m not worthy of having it be easy’. Or, maybe, it was hard because I fought what needed to be done so fiercely.
You’ve heard the simple allegory that illustrates the importance of having a success strategy:
Q: How do you eat an Elephant?
A: One bite at a time.
As we break down our goals into small, action oriented steps we structure our pathway to success. This one simple mindset (breaking big tasks down into little tasks) is notorious for being the secret to success for many a millionaire.
For conscious creators who understand the concept of one bite at a time add to this intention – one delicious bite at a time and you’ll suddenly feel more empowered, energized, focused, and steadfast in the obtainment of your goal.
Use the law of attraction to attract a mindset of, “Willingness to do what must be done with Zest & Enthusiasm” and the rest of the manifestation will follow. Use the power of your mind to override any resistance to doing what must be done and instead view the 10,000 seeds that you must plant as simply, “what I do” and what you do will be successful.

Accepting Responsibility With the Law of Attraction

When people first learn about the law of attraction, they usually need some time to process the information they have just received. We all have a tendency to get defensive when we are made to look at our own responsibility in negative situations, and the law of attraction forces us to do just that.
We usually don’t have much difficulty accepting responsibility when it comes to the good stuff; we might politely decline compliments and say we didn’t do much, but internally we are fully aware of and proud of our achieving, and rightly so. The biggest problem when it comes to accepting our part in the bad things that happen to us is two fold:
The first part is that we tend to think that if we accept responsibility it makes it our fault; that we are somehow to blame, and this makes us feel a lot of guilt. Guilt in return makes us feel bad about ourselves; if we are responsible for attracting that, surely we are not very good people? This is not how the law of attraction works’ it doesn’t care about good or bad, it only brings you what you order.
If you spent your life up to now feeling sad or feeling like a victim, then the law of attraction will have responded by giving you reasons to feel sad or feeling like a victim. The law of attraction does not stop to consider and judge whether or not what you are attracting is good or bad; it responds to what you hold in your mind, no questions asked.
The second reason why we refuse to accept responsibility for the negative things we attract is a little bit more complex, as it deals with our sense of entitlement and anger. If someone hurt us, physically or emotionally, we want to continue to hold them responsible, so we can keep alive the anger. A lot of us feel that if we let go and no longer blame the person who hurt us, we are somehow saying that what they did was acceptable. Taking responsibility for what you attract to you does not mean that nothing wrong was done to you, it only means that you were the one who created the environment where it could possibly happen.
It does not mean that what happened wasn’t wrong, but by holding on to your anger and blame, you are not hurting them, you are hurting yourself. You also need to realize that if you fail to se how you unintentionally were responsible for using the law of attraction to attract the situation, it means that you are still seeing yourself as a defenseless victim. As long as you continue to feel and think as a victim, you will continue to attract those kinds of situations to you.
The law of attraction is not good or bad. Just like gravity, it does not pass judgment on what you are attracting. Let go of your past and accept your own part in what happened there. At the end of the day, the past no longer exist, so look to the future and create what you want there.

Manifesting Your Dreams with Zensight

Easy, effortless financial abundance; optimal health; a loving intimate relationship; a happy, comfortable workplace, well suited to your own individual personality and needs – these are just a few of the things that any of us may wish to manifest for ourselves.

What is manifesting? Manifesting basically involves the focusing of our intent, to create what it is that we want for ourselves.

Many people underestimate the power of intention. They consider it fanciful or even wishful thinking, rather than something that can truly create the change that is desired.

Still others – especially those who use energy healing or similar approaches – recognize and enjoy the benefits of manifesting, each and every day.

If you have tried manifesting before and not noticed results, do not despair. What is most essential with manifesting is to first heal and eliminate all of your blocks to allowing and holding onto abundance in all of its forms.

Why would anyone block abundance from coming to them?

Past internalized negative messages are often at play. Just a few of the numerous examples people have shared with me are:

“I’m not good enough.”

It’s not spiritual to be rich.”

“I don’t deserve it.”

“If I have it I might lose it – better not to have it in the first place than to have it for a while and then taken away.”

“It would be too much responsibility to be rich/have a relationship/have a great job.”

Does any of this sound familiar?

Whatever your own internal blocks are, you need to heal and dissolve them before you can truly be successful at manifesting.

Otherwise, when you focus your intent and tell the Universe what it is that you want, you will in effect be sending mixed messages, such as:

“Please send me unlimited financial abundance…unless someone else deserves it more than I do…maybe you shouldn’t bother.”

If you send out mixed messages, the results you receive will, not surprisingly, be mixed. You may have a sudden windfall of money only to then have a correspondingly large bill to pay.

One way to overcome any emotional blocks you may experience in connection with fully welcoming all that you wish to experience, into your life, is to use an energy psychology approach such as Zensight.

With Zensight, it is not necessary to know exactly what all of your blocks to abundance are. You can be specific about the issues or concerns you are aware of, while making sure you include general statements to address what you don’t know.

Zensight involves working with the subconscious mind in a way that is similar to hypnosis – and yet no hypnosis is actually used. Instead, we begin by creating a “healing symbol”.

The healing symbol can be a word, picture, or colour. Some people choose to use a symbol such as “ocean”. They then can focus on the word “ocean” when that feels right, and at other times may actually visualize the ocean.

When this healing symbol is used or focused upon with intent, it allows the fears, concerns, and “blocks” that someone is experiencing to gently heal and transform.

The healing symbol is then used together with healing statements and visualizations, to soften, dissolve and release the concerns that are being experienced.
If the picture doesn’t change, if no picture is seen, or in order to resolve any remaining upset, the individual uses healing statements.

After each statement, the person takes a deep breath and lets it go, and focuses upon the healing symbol. Concerns are then healed and transformed, as positive feelings grow and strengthen.

For example:

“I heal any beliefs that any parts of me have, that I don’t deserve to fully achieve and manifest this experience into my life.”

“I heal any and all beliefs that any parts of me have, that I am not worthy.”

“I heal all of the origins of any beliefs that any parts of me have, that I am not capable of creating my own reality.”

“I now heal, transform and eliminate any beliefs that any parts of me have, that I don’t have the time or ability to create what it is that I want, in my life now.”

“I now heal, transform and release any and all beliefs that any parts of me have about manifesting, that don’t serve my highest good now.”

“I now heal, transform and release any and all counterproductive messages that any parts of me have internalized about money from my family, my friends, my past experiences, or society.”

“I heal all of the origins of any beliefs that any parts of me have, that it is not safe, or not in my best interests to be happy.”

“All of the different parts of me now fully welcome unlimited abundance in all of its many forms, into my life.”

Once you can focus upon your desired outcome – what it is that you want to manifest – and feel completely happy, positive, calm and relaxed (or excited!) while picturing yourself enjoying it, that is when you want to start sending out messages to the Universe confirming what it is that you want.

Spend time sending out happy, positive energy – seeing what it is that you want, asking for it, and visualizing yourself having it – while picturing golden energy or light going out in all directions. Use your healing symbol to strengthen your experience of this.

It is best to do this visualization while falling asleep at night, any time you wake up during the night, or first thing in the morning. This is when your subconscious mind is most easily influenced, and you can thereby simultaneously program your psyche to bring this towards you.

This can be a very relaxing and enjoyable process. Have fun with it, and pay attention to the very first signs that what you wish to create is starting to occur.

Get excited, celebrate, and connect with feelings of gratitude with even the tiniest sign that your efforts are starting to succeed, and you will further increase the strength of your efforts.

The New Rules of Wealth Manifestation

There’s a lot of information, suggestions, and tips available for successfully manifesting the wealth that you want to have in your life. There are too many books, articles, blog posts, movies, audio programs, podcasts, radio shows, etc. to name that focus on money manifestation.

Why is the topic of wealth manifestation so darn popular? Could it be that as humans, we are genetically programmed to always be seeking our financial “highest and best use”? This is actually a real estate term that refers to what will generate the highest net monetary return to a property owner over a period of time. For some properties, “highest and best use” could be a 20 story apartment building that generates lots of rental income. For other properties it could be a subdivision comprised of 100 small lots. These types of options may be extremely profitable for the property owner; but what if he or she simply wants to build a single home to live in and enjoy the surroundings and views offered there? Our lives are similar in that we have to balance our personal “highest and best use”, with what we truly desire. Many of us are capable of working 80 hours a week at one, two, or three jobs to create more disposable income. This has become the cultural norm for many Americans. But whether this suits our ultimate life purpose and deepest desires must be carefully analyzed. We all need money to survive and I would argue that we all need money to thrive. Money is a solution and a tool to carry us through our unique life journey. But the new rules of wealth manifestation require that we become much more introspective about why we want wealth. I know many people who mistakenly believe that becoming super-wealthy would solve all their problems. One in particular has said to me about a friend who retired early after selling a company for many millions, “look at him, he doesn’t have a care in the world”. If we think that wealth will bring us more peace, freedom from all worry, great health, and perfect relationships, we’re going to be sorely disappointed! Any wealthy person, who has reached a high level of self-development, will tell you that money gives you the opportunity to move your focus away from the mundane. What I mean is that when you don’t have to spend precious mental energy worrying about how to get food or pay for the roof over your head, you can focus on higher purposes. Most importantly, having money gives you the chance to make a difference in other people’s lives. So getting clear on what money will and will not do for you is important. I realize that this can be a difficult exercise if your point-of-view is and has always been one of lack. The new rules of wealth manifestation indicate that you must concentrate your energies on a higher purpose in order to attract riches into your life. Discover how your talents and passions can be used to solve a problem for others. Think about what you already do well that could add value to what other successful people are doing well.Lack of money equals a lack of problem-solving. When you find a way to serve others and fulfill their needs, you can’t help but reap the rewards. How would you like to manifest your ideal life by tapping the power of YOUR subconscious mind?
